Dried Rusks & Breadsticks
Generally the greeks love dried breads, or rusks. They eat them on their own, with olives and tomatoes, or covered with grated tomato, feta cheese and drizzled with olive oil. They enjoy small paximadia in a salad to soak up the wonderful juices created by the succulent tomatoes. In fact, you will not find a greek house without some form of paximadi.
